If you’re having issues using the Change Number feature, please make sure that:

  • Your old phone number is currently registered on your FaceCall account. You can see the phone number by going to your FaceCall Profile tab. If your old phone number isn’t registered, please register it. Then you should be able to change it.
  • You have an active and working SIM card for the new phone number you want to use with FaceCall.
  • You have a strong and stable cellular connection.
  • Your phone has sufficient internal storage.
